

Andy Covell is the founder of Symphony Video Inc. and as its president, CEO and chairman of the board, he is the chief developer of Ensemble Video. In his former role as executive director of information technology at the Syracuse University Martin J. Whitman School of Management, Andy was responsible for the integration of technology across all the activities of the school. He has authored numerous articles appearing in Network Computing, Workgroup Computing Quarterly, InformationWeek, and the Streamingmedia.com Web site. He has also been an instructor of entrepreneurship at the Whitman School and is the author of Digital Convergence (Aegis 1999) and Digital Convergence Phase 2 (Stipes 2004).

Bill Bullen is the vice president of sales and marketing of Ensemble Video. He has spent over 25 years in high technology sales and marketing consulting to, or working, for Fortune 500 companies such as Texas Instruments and EMC, and channel partners to IBM, Xerox, TANDBERG and Cisco Systems. As an entrepreneur prior to coming to Symphony Video, inc. Bill helped commercialize and gained funding for Syracuse software start-up MB-Software & Consulting, Inc. A graduate of Purdue University's Krannert School of Management, Bill is responsible for developing and managing the Ensemble Video business, marketing and sales plans. Bill has a daughter, and is a photographer, a skier and a lover of the arts. 
Bill Walsh is the chief financial officer and a charter board member of Symphony Video Inc. Professor Walsh teaches courses within the Joseph I. Lubin School of Accounting and the Department of Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises at Syracuse Univeristy's Whitman Shool of Management. These include the core financial accounting course in the iMBA program and electives such as Venture Capital and Financial Statement Analysis. He also serves as the director of the new iMS in accounting program. Recognized as an outstanding teacher, Bill held the Whitman Teaching Fellowship in the Whitman School from 2004-2006. Walsh is a partner with Davidson Fox & Co., a regional CPA firm, and holds a position on the Board of Directors of the Syracuse University Tax Institute.

Frank Annese is a board member of Symphony Video, Inc., and president and chairman of the board of Annese & Associates, a value-added reseller and Cisco Systems integrator in Upstate New York. Founded in 1970, Annese was recently named as one of the best companies to work for in New York for 2007 by the New York State Society for Human Resource Management and Best Companies Group. Annese is a reseller of Ensemble Video in New York State.

John Delaney serves as Symphony Video's legal counsel. John graduated from the University of Bridgeport (B.S. 1968) and the Syracuse University College of Law (J.D. 1972). He is a former Internal Revenue Service estate and gift tax attorney. John has been instrumental in helping start-ups such as USA Datanet.
